寧夏和興碳基材料有限公司成立于2012年5月，注冊資金4000萬元，主要從事碳化硅等耐火、耐磨碳基材料的生產和銷售。公司于2012年5月在青銅峽新材料基地投資2.2億元建設年產10000噸碳化硅碳基制品建設項目，并且響應政府的政策，實現了當年建設，當年生產。經過和興人的努力，和興公司現在是吳忠市和青銅峽市的重點企業。本企業在生產規模，生產安全、節能、環保等工作，經濟效益在全區和全國同行業中名列前茅。2017年被自治區經信委和行業協會樹立為全區生產安全、節能、環�！皹藯U企業”。
2014年企業通過了ISO9001：2008質量體系認證，并且取得了歐盟REACH認證，擁有自己進出口權�；炘O備齊全，配備粒度檢測設備7臺、馬弗爐3臺、電子分析天平3臺，烘箱2臺等配套檢測設備�；炄藛T9名，全部為大專以上學歷，并經過了CIQ寧夏檢測中心培訓合格后上崗。對產品的化學分析根據國際標準“GB/T 3045-2003”嚴格執行，對原料以及產品進行嚴格的質量把關。
我公司主要裝備有容量為32500KVA和35000KVA兩條碳化硅生產，配套采用110KVGIS供電系統。該系統具有安全可靠、低損耗和功率轉化率高，占地面積小等特點。公司目前配備了完善的產品深加工設備，可以根據客戶的要求加工各種段砂、粒度砂、細粉、微粉產品。
2016年經過一年的邊生產邊實驗邊對比分析，攻堅克難，解決了困擾碳化硅行業結晶筒“鼓包”的老大難問題。在碳化硅協會的組織帶領下，全區和鄰近省區的碳化硅企業到我公司進行參觀、考察、學習。
我公司解決“鼓包”現象的經驗，得到了推廣應用，進一步提高了企業在同行業中的影響力。
2016年本公司又引進先進技術和河南一家企業共同投資新建的碳化硅精細加工生產線已投入正式生產。在碳化硅向更“精細”加工的目標，又邁上了新的臺階，每年新增產值1.5億。
